1. Concerning orders

How can I place an order?

Do I need to order a minimum number of items?

No. You can order whatever you need.

Are the prices listed in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All are prices are “net prices” (i.e., prices before applicable taxes and shipping and handling fees).

Do I need to pay taxes?

Yes. The tax applicable on most of our items is the Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), a tax of 13%.

Are duties applicable on orders shipped internationally?

You may have to pay duties on the items you order.

For more information about which items are subject to duties in your country, please contact your local authority before placing your order.

How can I pay for my order?

VISA, MasterCard or American Express are accepted for any purchase made by phone, fax or email.

All confidential information (name, address, credit card number, etc.) provided in the ordering process is used solely to complete and deliver your order.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Orders are processed within 48 hours. The total cost of your order will be charged to your card once your order has been processed.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

For in-stock items, please allow for approximately one week.

For out-of-stock items, please allow for approximately two to four weeks.

Who should I contact to check on the status of my order?

Can I cancel or modify an order I just made?

Since our objective is to offer you a quick and efficient service by processing your order in the 2 days following the reception of your order, any cancellation or modification request will need to be addressed depending on the order status.

Do you offer discounts on large, single-item orders?

Do you carry items other than the ones included in your online catalogue?

Are the colours shown in your catalogue accurate?

The pictures on our website are provided to give you an idea of the colours of our products, but slight variations between what you see on your screen and the actual product are possible. These variations are unfortunately due to the technical limitations of the tools used to capture and display the images (camera, computer monitor, etc.).

3. Shipping

How will you ship my order?

All orders are delivered by Canada Post.

Do I have a tracking number to track my shipment?

Yes, once the parcel is sent, we will email you the tracking number.

Can you ship an order to a PO box?

Yes. If you want to ensure your order is sent to a PO box or a specific address, please make sure you provide all the necessary information.

4. Return policY

What is your return policy?

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We will process your replacement order or refund request as soon as possible, making sure your refund is credited to your credit card balance.

Where can I return my merchandise?

We recommend you use a professional shipping service that will allow you to track your merchandise, as the Boutique cannot take responsibility for lost items or parcels delivered to the wrong address.

If I return an item, will I receive a full refund?

We will reimburse the price paid for your item(s), but shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

What happens if I receive the wrong item(s) or damaged merchandise, or if my order is incomplete or lost?
