Marie lying southerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the easterly limit of said city with Third Line East; thence westerly along Third Line East to Peoples Road; thence westerly along Third Line West and a straight line to the intersection of Moss Side Road with Third Line West; thence westerly and south westerly along Third Line West to Carpin Beach Road; thence northerly along Carpin Beach Road to Third Line West; thence westerly along Third Line West to the west limit of the City of Sault Ste. Marie.

(b) that part of Rankin Location Indian Reserve No. 15D lying within the limits of the City of Sault Ste. Marie.
