MALPEQUE consisting of that part of the County of Queens included in Lots or Townships 20 to 24 inclusive, 29 to 31 inclusive, 65, 67 and that part of the County of Prince included in Lots or Townships 18, 19, 25 to 28 inclusive, and including that part of Lot or Township 17 as describes as follows: commencing at a point on the north shore of Bedeque Bay where Kennedy Creek empties into Bedeque Bay, the said point being also the eastern boundary of the Town of Summerside; thence northwardly along Kennedy Creek to Water Street; thence eastwardly along Water Street to the MacEwan Road and thence running north along the MacEwan Road to Ryan Street; thence westwardly along Ryan Street to Granville Street; thence southwardly along Granville Street to Pope Avenue; thence westwardly along Pope Avenue to Central Street; thence continuing westwardly along the Pope Road to Green Road; thence northwardly along Green Road to the new road constructed in 1965 bypassing St. Eleanor's; thence westwardly along the said new road by-passing St. Eleanor's to Bentinck Brook or Shemody River; thence northwardly following Bentinck Brook or Shemody River to Malpeque Bay or Richmond Bay; thence following the shore of Malpeque Bay or Richmond Bay eastwardly to the west boundary of Lot or Township 19; thence southwardly along the west boundary of Lot or Township 19 to the north shore of Wilmot Creek or Bedeque Bay; thence westwardly along the north shore of Wilmot Creek and Bedeque Bay to the place of commencement.
