The electoral district of West Calgary, bounded as follows:- Commencing at the intersection of the north boundary of the twenty-third townships with the west boundary of the province of Alberta; thence northerly and westerly along the west boundary of the province of Alberta to the intersection of such boundary with the north boundary of the thirty-first townships; thence easterly along the said north boundary of the thirty-first townships to the intersection thereof with the fifth meridian; thence southerly along the fifth meridian to the intersection of such meridian by the north boundary of the twenty-fourth townships; thence westerly along the said north boundary of the twenty-fourth townships to the intersection of such north boundary with the meridian between the first and second ranges west of the fifth meridian; thence southerly along the said meridian between the first and second ranges west of the fifth meridian to the intersection thereof with the main line of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company; thence easterly along the said main line of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company to the intersection of such main line of railway with the Bow river; thence along the Bow river aforesaid down stream to the intersection thereof with the west boundary of section thirty-six in township twenty-three, range one, west of the fifth meridian; thence northerly along the said west boundary of section thirty-six in township twenty-three, range one, west of the fifth meridian to the intersection thereof by the north boundary of the twenty-third townships; thence westerly along the said north boundary of the twenty-third townships to the intersection thereof with the west boundary of the province of Alberta, being the point of commencement.

CALGARY WEST consisting of those portions of townships twenty-three (23) to thirty (30) inclusive, lying west of the east boundary of range three (3) west of the fifth meridian; townships twenty-four (24) and twenty-five (25) in range two (2) west of the fifth meridian, the Sarcee Indian Reserve 145; that portion of township twenty-three (23) in range twenty-nine (29) west of the fourth meridian and in range one (1) west of the fifth meridian lying west of Bow river and extending to the left bank thereof, and that portion of townships twenty-four (24) in range one (1) west of the fifth meridian, being a part of the city of Calgary, lying to the south and west of a line which may be described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the west boundary of township twenty-four (24) in range one (1) west of the fifth meridian with the centre line of the Canadian Pacific Railway main line right-of-way; thence easterly along the said centre line to the intersection with the left bank of Bow river; thence downstream along the said left bank of Bow river to the south boundary of the said township.
