(a) the County of Westmorland excepting that part thereof included in the City of Moncton, the Town of Dieppe, the Parish of Salisbury, and that part of the Parish of Moncton lying south of the centre of the Trans-Canada Highway No. 2 from its intersection with the easterly boundary of the Parish of Salisbury to the intersection of said highway with the western boundary of the City of Moncton; and

(b) the County of Kent excepting that part thereof included in the Parishes of Acadieville and Carleton.

(c) the County of Albert, excepting the Town of Riverview.
