(c) in the County of Saguenay: the village municipalities of Baie-Trinité and Godbout; the township municipalities of Letellier and Natashquan; the municipalities of Aguanish, Côte-Nord-du-Golfe-Saint-Laurent, Havre-Saint-Pierre, île d'Anticosti, Moisie and Rivière-au-Tonnerre; that part of the united townships municipality of Les Sept-Cantons-Unis-du-Saguenay situated east of Manicouagan River; the Indian Reserves of Mingan, Natashquan No. 1, Romaine No. 2, Seven Islands No. 27 and Seven Islands No. 27 A; all the territory without local municipal organization situated east of Manicouagan and Mushalagan Rivers and of Atticoupi and Mushalagan Lakes, and east of that part of the western limit of the County of Saguenay north of Atticoupi Lake;

(d) that part of the territory of the Province of Quebec situated north of the County of Saguenay and east of the prolongation of the western limit of the County of Saguenay.
