OTTAWA-CARLETON consisting of:

(a) (i) that part of the city of Ottawa lying north and east of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly production of Rideau Gate with the Interprovincial Boundary; thence easterly along the said production of Rideau Gate to the N.C.C. Drive; thence northeasterly along the N.C.C. Drive to Princess Avenue; thence easterly along Princess Avenue to Lisgar Road; thence southerly along Lisgar Road to Maple Lane; thence easterly along Maple Lane to Acacia Avenue; thence southerly along Acacia Avenue to Beechwood Avenue; thence northeasterly along Beechwood Avenue to Hemlock Road; thence easterly along Hemlock Road to St. Laurent Boulevard; thence southerly along St. Laurent Boulevard to The Queensway;

(ii) that part of the City of Ottawa lying south and east of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of St. Laurent Boulevard with The Queensway; thence westerly along The Queensway to the Rideau River; thence southwesterly along the Rideau River to the C.P.R. line at Vincent Massey Park; thence northwesterly along the C.P.R. line to Carling Avenue; thence westerly along Carling Avenue to Fisher Avenue; thence southerly along Fisher Avenue to its intersection with the boundary line of the City of Ottawa; thence southerly along said boundary to the southernmost western limit;

(b) the Village of Rockcliffe Park;

(c) the Township of Gloucester excluding that part of said Township contained in Long Island in the Rideau River;

(d) the Township of Cumberland.

Drive to Princess Avenue; thence easterly along Princess Avenue to Lisgar Road; thence southerly along Lisgar Road to Maple Lane; thence easterly along Maple Lane to Acacia Avenue; thence southerly along Acacia Avenue to Beechwood Avenue; thence northeasterly along Beechwood Avenue to Hemlock Road; thence easterly along Hemlock Road to the rear of the lots on the west side of Via Venus; thence southerly along the rear of the lots on the west side of Via Venus and the rear of the lots on the east side of Carpenter Way and Brittany Drive to Montreal Road; thence easterly along Montreal Road to the Eastern Parkway; thence southerly along the Eastern Parkway to the north boundary of the Township of Gloucester;
