The office of Minister of Customs and Inland Revenue was abolished and the office of Minister of Customs and Excise was created by Statute 11-12 George V, c. 26, assented to June 4, 1921.
The offices of Minister of Customs and Minister of Inland Revenue were amalgamated and the office of Minister of Customs and Inland Revenue was created by Order in Council dated May 18, 1918, pursuant to the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act. It was not given statutory basis.
The office of Minister of Customs and Excise was abolished and the office of Minister of National Revenue was created by Statute 17 George V, c. 34, assented to March 31, 1927.
